Great service, no hassle, food was fantastic, highly recommended
We booked and paid deposit for a wedding, then zero communication since. By either phone, email or text there has been nil response. Very disappointing and horrible to know that others have been the recipient of the same treatment. Very unhappy, frustrated, cranky and down right rude to be treated this way. DO NOT USE!!!!
I recently paid a $300 deposit for a catered event scheduled for September 2025. Unfortunately, our venue was no longer and the wedding needed to be rebooked with a company who self caters. Despite notifying Crackle n Spit of the changed circumstances and politely asking twice by both email and text for a refund, I have been ignored. I have also attempted calling multiple times with no luck. I consider it reasonable to expect a refund with more than a years notice. At the very least, I expect a reply. Would not recommend.
