I used to love this place, but I refuse to eat here anymore while Cracker Barrel allows a domestic violence offender. Phillip Bogert is not a person I'd let around people. Eveyone else here is great and the servers are amazing, but the cook definitely made me loose my trust and loyalty here. I have you know this man has not tried to redeem himself and is NOT apologetic to who he has hurt. Disgusting. Do better Cracker Barrel.
Had breakfast at Bridgeport Cracker Barrel last week. May never do that again. The coffee was almost passable ( but i'm a fussy coffee drinker - roast and brew my own as a rule), the over-medium egg was perfect, but the sausage patties were dry, tasteless and almost inedible. I couldn't finish them. Wish I hadn't wasted that money,
Food was excellent, the Pot Roast was exceptionally good. Mac & Cheese is just like my wife's homemade, overall a very good meal and experience.
