Our waitress this evening, Emily has restored our faith in Cracker Barrell. She was professional, swift, and returned to our table multiple of times to check on us. Her friendly smile will keep us coming back to Cracker Barrell. P.S. the food was delicious
Five stars for this Cracker Barrel! I was looking for the pancake syrup that I bought, and Becky helped me out really quick. I just want to give a huge shout out to Becky—she is a very hard worker, and the rest of the crew is great too. It’s a very clean place and they always have exactly what you need. If you want to get a good Southern meal, come on in!
Building and wait staff good and comforting. The food is in trouble however. Ordered eggs, sausage and hash brown casserole. It comes with a side of biscuits and sausage gravy. Eggs were just OK, a bit over cooked but OK. The hash brown casserole was actually crunchy and not a pleasant bite. The sausage did not have the traditional sage flavor rather an off putting one. After we were seated, and ordered, it took over 1 hour for food to arrive. Waiter dropped if off and disappeared. Food was extremely cold. Mashed potatoes had sat so long they were not only cold but had a hard crusty outer layer. Hamburger steak was cold and did not have the garlic butter sauce. After the Waiter returned I explained this and why all of the food was on my plate! Absolutely disgusting!
