Had a difficult time eating my dinner after visiting their very dirty and disgusting rest room.
Everything was great. Our server was Exceptionally sweet.
Our server, Payton, went above and beyond what we expected. There was an issue with one of our orders, but, she did her very best to fix it. Payton was very polite, professional, courteous and very gracious. On our next visit, we hope to get Payton as our server.
My friend and I haven’t been regular customers since a couple of years ago when they changed and eliminated some of the lunch and dinner items. One of the dinners we loved was the Maple Bacon Chicken dinner. We got notice that it was back so we went and it was excellent. In fact we thought it was even better. Highly recommend it and have decided to now to frequent Cracker Barrel on a more regular basis.
