My husband, 5 children and I ate at CB last week and not only was the food phenomenal, but our server, Brittney W. was wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and patient with our toddlers. She kept my sweet tea refilled and made sure we had everything we needed. I greatly appreciate the customer service we received and will be back!
My server Cece was outstanding and very attentive and made us feel at home ! She was so sweet with my daughter and it was an amazing experience! Highly recommend Cece at cracker barrel in the crossing !

We had such a great experience at Cracker Barrel! The food was absolutely amazing, and our server Gavin was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ve been here before and always enjoy coming back, but Gavin was truly an amazing server and made sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!
