I usually don't say this, but today breakfast was terrible, the steak was not medium it was raw and the hash browns teast funny. My wife was not please with the breakfast either But the worst was that i was charge for something I didn't eat. Sorry bot it is what it is.
Had their steak and hash brown casserole and steak was tough, they brought me a butter knife to cut a tough steak lol soon as we got there to meet our group we didnt get helped till whom i assume is a manager passed by. Waitrees came to ask us if we were ready, we weren't. Cause we didnt get menu's. Nor silverware till we asked for some after our food was there. Coffee was cold. Food was mediocre and so was service.
Our order missed an item. Most restaurants wouldn't concern themselves with such a small thing. This retail and restaurant Manager were very kind to send my mother who is elderly a remake of the whole order and put in some biscuits and jelly. They were kind and compassion for my Mom who just got out of the hospital. I really appreciate their humanity and care for my mother. This is customer service, and care for others.
