I love this place!
Foods always been good at cracker barrel and was good recently I was just unimpressed with my eggs in a basket, they forgot to fry the egg in the middle of the sourdough bread and just cut a hole in bread and laid it on top of over-easy eggs
Extremely disappointing service. We placed a to-go order and were told several items were unavailable, but no replacements or refunds were offered. Please keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all at this time. Once we got home, we realized even more items we had paid for were missing. When we called, the staff was incredibly rude and told us there was nothing they could do other than give us credit for only the items that we didn’t receive.
