I asked for mashed potatoes and gravy for my mother who recently had a stroke and is on pureed foods and all I got was very, very dry mashed potatoes. I checked them at the counter and realized they didn't have gravy on them. I told the lady I needed gravy on them and she said the gravy had to be ordered separately, which I wasn't told on the phone, and that I would have to order it and that would take 10-15 minutes because there were so many people.
