Update: Tried again and STILL got bad service, turkey was undercooked, chicken and dumplings were cold, etc etc. It will be a LONG time if ever that i go back to the Cape Girardeau Cracker Barrel! Waitress was atrocious!! She had an attitude, ordered gravy on potatoes but didnt get any. When asked for it she grumbled then got a small dish of gravy and all but slammed it down. Restrooms could use some attention. Hostess was not super friendly. She everything else was excellent as expected.

My fiancé called to order food for our family, the lady on the phone was rushing him to order, then was in a hurry to hang up. Didn’t tell him what time the food would be done or a price. Upon him arriving kyrstyn and an old blonde lady was behind the counter and my fiancé went up to ask if it was ready, the food was on the counter behind them the whole time, they said oh it will be a few more minute..not even looking at the bag behind them then began smirking and laughing as he walked off which tells me they KNEW our food w... read more
