Ordered delivery, opened my food to see hair in it. Just horrible… $30 down the drain. Extremely disappointed.
Daphne knows CB and menu well and helped us to narrow down our selection! Delicious! Daphne was fun, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience! Then we met Jay or Ray at check out! She knows the deals and helped us to join in on savings and fun and goodies! Great ladies! Glad we stopped in at Cracker Barrel!
There is a Manager named Sadir who is for one very rude. His communication is terrible as well. I had a problem with my previous order. I was promised a refund. Refund was never issued. He told me he would check into it and call me back w/ in a few days. He never called back. I called him again days later and we agreed upon an order remake. He told me I could come at any time.
