Backstory I dropped my phone and cracked the bottom right corner. I have insurance for my phone so I figured Id pay the deductible instead of paying for a whole new phone. Appointment is set and I come to find out I have 24hr duty that day as well. As a part of this duty I am not allowed to leave Base. Well I had my husband drop off the phone to keep my appointment with the technician. I brought my iPad in for screen repair and the guy who helped me was very helpful. If you’re from out of town and won’t be able to pick up when it’s finished, he will ship back to you with free shipping!

I filed a claim w my insurance thru Asurion and made an appointment for a technician to come to my home n fix my cracked screen. Matt and Haley came to my home and had my phone fixed within a half hour. I HIGHLY recommend Matt for repairs and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer in the future. Thank you Matt n Haley
