Fixed a problem essentially caused by Samsung. After the most recent Samsung update my phone has been horrible, their issue not mine. Long story short I called cracked screens and spoke to Luis. I ended coming down to essentially beg for help. He offered to reset the battery to clear the phone just to see and didn't ask for money. I paid the diagnostic fee because no one works for free and am typing this review outside the store on my working phone! Great company, good people and honest. Thank you so much!
