Called an order in @ 6:07 for a family of 5 for pick up. Server said 15 mins I told them no rush and I got to the place at 6:37 when I arrived the server said she forgot to put the order in. No apologies or nothing told them to cancel the order. First and last time I try this place !
We decided to try this place out because of the fact it stated it was family owned and had been around for a while. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it. Food was okay, nothing to write home about. Everything is smothered in cheese and too much bottled dressing. My daughter did enjoy her pancakes. I think if you want nostalgia of old family owned restaurant that hasn't been updated for a while this may be your place. We drove up from Sioux City they have the best salads and homemade soup the food was amazing the staff was amazing can't wait to go back
What a great family restaurant. They serve breakfast all day and did not disappoint! The service at lunch time was a little slow but the food was so perfect it didn’t matter. The hash browns were perfectly cooked and the french toast was delightful. We’d eat here again in a second.
I'm honestly surprised this place is still in business. We walked in at 7:15 PM, which is typically peak time, and instantly felt like we were bothering the waitress. We checked the hours online, and it says they close at 8. That's weird (how do you do business as a restaurant when you close during dinner rush), but it still gave us like 45 minutes.
