I wanted to try this place so bad. We went yesterday and ordered food for both me and my husband. After waiting quite a while, I noticed customers who came in after us were receiving their food before we did. One of the employees had come in from outside with a young man and appeared to be taking his order and giving him food while other orders that had been placed earlier were still waiting. We were looking for food in the plaza and did a pivot to try Crack N Sizzle. Ordered a Steak and Chicken combination hibachi and beverages. Took the order outside on their patio. They really put some thought into the outdoor ambience. I hope they can find a solution with the breeze and debris, because it is a sharp set up! Food was great, service was outstanding. The lady at the front of the restaurant was a pleasure to talk to. You have a new customer!
