Brian was very helpful in not only fixing a rock chip in my window very quickly, but he also explained how to very easily make a claim through my auto insurance app so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket (and I double checked afterward and he was right in telling me that most insurance companies will not raise your rates for rock chip claims, as it's cheaper than them having to pay for a full windshield replacement if the cracks spread).
