Very friendly and helpful in a difficult situation.
I live in another state. My mother lived in Ohio. When she passed away, everyone I spoke to at this funeral home was so helpful and compassionate. Especially Terri. She was wonderful. Being out of state I had no idea how I was going to handle all this. They took care of everything. I highly recommend them.
Such a great staff and service they provide. The staff treats you like family, no taking advantage of you at a volunerable time. My family has dealt with Craciun since I was a little girl and I see why. Thanks for being so nice, respectful, caring during a difficult time!
