I had an amazing experience with their after-sales service! I reached out by email about a small issue I suspected with my boat, and they were very friendly and quick to schedule a time to check it. They not only solved the problem efficiently but also went above and beyond — they noticed that a small screw cap on my boat was missing and kindly replaced it for me on the spot with a perfectly fitting one. Truly excellent and thoughtful service!

Max is a true salesman in the best sense of the word. He's helpful, quick to respond, knowledgeable, and eager to make a sale. All this lead to a very streamlined transaction. I live in BC, and even with shipping my torqueedo motor was still cheaper than those available locally. Now all that's left is to enjoy the ocean.
