Please go elsewhere. I brought a watch here to be sized, they called back after 25 minutes and said they needed to cut the watch to size it correctly. When I said you could remove links and then asked for the watch back, they snatched it back and refused to give it to me. I took this to Dakota Watch Company and within 5 minutes it was resized properly. This place is pathetic.

At first, the staff came across as nice, a little pushy, but clearly focused on making the sale. We bought our ring sets, which looked nice in the store, but as soon as we got to the car we noticed a few Swarovski stones were already missing. Over the next few days, more kept falling out. When we went back to the store to address it, the salesman completely denied it could have happened and basically told us there was nothing they could do. He replaced my Movado watch's battery and 1 hour later I came back and told him my watch was not working. He said my watch needed to be cleaned and he charged me $25 more. It was already getting late so l didn't have time to check my watch after he cleaned it, but later I realized he basically band-aid my watch, putting clear tape on my watch to keep the bottom cover from falling off, an issue I didn't have prior. I would advise against bringing any expensive watch here to get serviced.
