I needed one spark plug replaced. Gary did replace the one plug and was fair in the price he charged me. He’s a very good mechanic and runs a good shop. Highly recommend Crabtree Automotive.

The only reason I called was because of the reviews. When I called I was wanting to see what I needed to do because my check engine light was on. The man that answered my call was rude and simply said I can’t tell you anything unless you come in. I had checked with O’Reilly to see what he thought it was and I had the code. I didn’t expect him to tell me what it was but just if he thought that it might mean the catalytic converter and he was very rude when he answered. Flat out good people.
My wife, her mother, sister, and aunt all met in Dallas for a one time road trip back to Phoenix, with planned stops in Texas to see Palo Duro Canyon, and then in Santa Fe. After visiting the canyon, they had reservations at a hotel in Canyon TX. Their 2016 Honda CR-V was acting up, and after parking at the hotel, they discovered that it was leaking fluid underneath.
