Do not eat here. Staff is extremely rude. Food came out 20 mins late from what they told us over the phone. When we got food it was ice cold. Staff just stares at you at the pickup window instead of asking if you have an order. I had to call to tell them we had been waiting at the pickup window for over 10 mins. Said they be out in a min, and didn’t come out. Over priced food for it to come out cold. Also get a new host. They need to not engage with customers because they clearly hate their job

My review on CRABCAKE FACTORY: it’s been many years since I’d been here, so we went, today, for Richard’s birthday. First of all, we’ve spent the last 3 months, taking care that we aren’t around anyone who’s not as careful as we. Knowing restaurants are only allowed outside table service, & staff are all to wear masks, felt good about venturing out. WRONG! Not one staff member had a mask.
