The food was good but the service sucked the waitress was very short with us n very rude it was five of us n they acted like it killed them to put two tables together got a Bloody Mary wasn't good or strong as I thought it would be at all I was so excited about going here until I got there will not return again
My guest and I had the worst possible experience at the Lobster Shanty next door. So I called The Crab Factory to see if there was a wait, we were told that they could seat us right away. As promised, we were greater at the door and taken straight to our table. Without missing a beat we were greeted by Amber Lilly. I ordered 2 virgin Bloody Mary's at the bar, and as I'm telling the bartender my order shes looking away not even listening. Completely ignored me, so after waiting 5-10 minutes after no service, we decided to get a table. The waitress apologized for the bartenders attitude (which was supposedly the owners wife) and proceeded to take our order.
