Horrible experience. I tried contacting a manager because of how bad it was, but they take their phones off the hook and don’t answer so not only do you have to go in person to order and wait (and I’m sure they expect you to order a drink). Also, they apparently don’t tell you when your order is up, they expect you to ask, and they don’t care if it’s been sitting on their counter for half an hour. I enjoyed my crab cake sandwich it was very good I just have one complaint that I think crabcake Factory needs to get a grip on restaurant has too many fly's could not really enjoy my sandwich not trying to put y'all down but you need to get a better grip on controlling the fly's.
Love the spicy bacon bloody Mary’s! Call them my happy meal ! And lemon crush was delicious ! Service at the bar was awesome !

Ive been hearing about the Crabcake Factory since 2007 and I finally went to the Original Location at 12000 coastal hwy last Sunday. Also ive lived in Maryland my whole life so I definitely know what a good Crabcake tastes like. So when I ordered the Bomber Crabcake it didnt Disappoint. Definitely the best Crabcake ive ever had. Also the waitress was very knowledgeable and professional (dont remember her name but she has dark hair).
Crab cakes are fantastic!
