This was my go to place for the longest time but after my last visit I wont be returning. Service took forever. My friend got their app & the others didnt arrive for atleast 20 minutes despite one of the orders being the exact same thing as the app that already came out. Its a weird to serve one person but not the others. The main reason we go is for the half priced apps after 9. When I got my bill my app was not half price. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich today at lunch. There was virtually no cheese and every bite of the sandwich was 50% grizzle. The server was good the food was unsatisfactory. My plate was returned with a pile of grizzle and they didn't even offer any apology. Do not eat here!!!
The quality of my entree was terrible, the fries were oily and hard. The server was not kind and took so long to tend to our table. I cannot recall the servers name but I know I will not be going back to that establishment while it’s under poor management.
The last 2 times I’ve come here my order has been wrong. They often forget parts on the order that make the rest of the meal come at different times and not enjoyable. It took 3 serves several times to get what I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend this location. Anywhere but here. Save your money. I understand why they call it craby, because that’s how you feel when you dine here
