Extremely poor management, we waited well over 3 hours last night from being seated until we paid our bills. We asked multiple times to speak to a manager which he ignored us and came back with “it’s only been 35 minutes” yelling across the room when in fact I️t had been over an hour. We understand it’s a busy town and we had a group of nine but when our management completely ignores us and then yells at our group it’s extrmely unprofessional. The problem was absolutely not with the food I️t was management.
Great service, great food, great atmosphere and view! We always try to make it to Crabby Joe’s when we’re in from Ohio, and they never disappoint! Thank you!!
Got there at 6pm waited 45 mins to get a table. Waitress forgot our appetizers which took 25 mins to come out. We placed our main order right after the appetizers and we finally got it around 8:10 pm. Spoke with the manager and his lack of professionalism was a shock. He argued with us that it had been only 30 mins since the order was placed offered no assistance other than to get our checks. Food was good but the lack of service was appualing.

Great atmosphere being out over the ocean � having breakfast was amazing the staff was great and so was the food!

The sandwich was good but their prices are a little high. Just a heads up - you may want to think of alternatives for to go orders and not get something from Crabby Joe’s. They charge 25 cents for the “to go” container. Didn’t even get utensils. It’s not much, but it is the principle, no other restaurant charges for it and they don’t charge those who eat in for the container for leftovers.
We love eating at Crabby Joe’s !! We make sure we eat here every year while on vacation!! One of our favorites
