we waited over 45 minutes for our food. Our orders were prepared incorrectly. When that was fixed or meals were over cooked & tasted horrible. The manager (Debbie) was joke, made up excuses for the wait & told us we should've said something and they would've made us new. It was already after 8:30 when our food came out, we really didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for another order to be placed.
I have eaten here several times. The last 2 times were terrible. My husband and I had lunch there today, he had the prime rib, it was nothing but fat and grissle. The server was nice but didn't seem to concerned that our drinks were empty and the beef was awful..Will not return.

Just had dinner at Crabby Dicks and it took our food almost an hour to come out. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager (Debbie) totally threw the waitress under the bus and told us not to tip the waitress, "a fat tip" etc. Little did the manager know, the waitress was standing behind the manager. The manager was very unprofessional! The young waitress cried when she found that we still left a "fat tip". Came into Crabby Dick's wasn't a long wait, was then seated outside at a back corner table. Ordered sweet teas, came out as unsweet. Asked server for sweet tea, ordered appetizer. When waiter brought teas back out, spilled an entire cup of tea on my son from his shoulder to feet. He had his headphones attached to his phone. His phone got soaked along with his brand new shoes we bought him last night. I am not happy with this.
