Crabbe Construction did an excellent job on our home. The owner, John, and his staff were very professional and committed to making us happy. During our walkthrough we found only one noticeable issue with an internal blind and Crabbe had it fixed immediately. I highly recommend building and buying with Crabbe Construction.
My family moved into our home the weekend after Thanksgiving 2012. Overall Crabbe has been great to work with. They addressed any concern in a timely manner. Crabbe actually gave us additional upgrades with no charge. Since moving in they have been very caring with their followup. I would have to say the negative reviews below are disappointing to read, as they are the complete opposite of our experience. We purchased a presold Crabbe Construction home two years ago. We were told by neighbors that the previous buyers walked away after struggling with the builder on numerous issues with the house. We didn't hear this story until we had already purchased the home, of course. I wish I had some sort of review or previous advice before purchasing a Crabbe built home. After learning we were moving to the Clarksville area, we started looking at homes online. We discovered Crabbe Construction's website and were wowed by the homes. We contacted the company and spoke to John Crabbe himself. We were eager to visit the area and meet with him and look at possible homes. Being first time home buyer, the process seemed daunting.
