Came to them to get a simple oil pressure sensor put on and a oxygen sensor and they kept ordering the wrong part making the service time way longer than it was supposed to when the service time should've taken 2 days it's going on 6 days. This is very unprofessional and there is no urgency in getting my car done and it's very much telling that they don't know what they are doing or know what part to get for my car cause they kept getting the wrong part and for me having to pay 1200 for this is crazy due to all this delay. Love Crabapple Automotive! We needed brakes and rotors replaced and they were able to get it done in one day! Reasonable, professional and reliable! I can’t say enough good things about them.
Once again I went to Crabapple Automotive and was treated like I was treated so well. They replaced the light bulbs that were out and checked everything over for me. They truly are the best service center I’ve ever been to. They truly care. I highly recommend you give them your car for anything necessary.
