This place is a must go to when on vacation. Our server Tom was amazing. He shared the special with the table and it was amazing! He made the dining experience perfect with the 5 star service! Thanks Tom!

The whole experience was ok. First thing you need is your own parking lot. Sharing it with the public beach access is terrible. Second because you share the parking, you should allow parties to be seated even if the whole party is not in the building. (Example: The drivers are still looking for a parking spot). The Crab Trap is a place I always want to eat when I go on vacation in Destin. I love the small bar downstairs with appetizers and drinks and a play area for kids. The wait is sometimes 45 minutes or so, but it’s worth it! Best food too!

This place was amazing! Not gonna lie... the wait was long but that’s how it is every where here! It was worth the wait! Drinks and food were delicious and the crab was fresh! If we get to come back down here I’ll for sure go back!
The food was awesome and Tom, our server, really knew the menu and was able to help us find the perfect dish! He was knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond. We'll definitely be back when we are in town again!
