Four of us were there. My patty melt was good and the fried okra was great. Of my fellow travelers, one didn't give a fig for his gumbo and I had to agree. The roux was sad and tasted it of beef. Apparently the hamburger was good. Service was not good. The pace was slow and it seemed that the two waitresses were more interested in some sort of drama than giving us service. First time to eat there .... laid back cute place . The food was good . I had jumbo fried shrimp .... it was cooked just rite . I am looking forward to my next visit
Stopped today for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. I had the Pepperjack, bacon, grilled onions, Burger. Along with hand dipped onion rings. I was absolutely amazed at the excellent flavor of each. I cannot wait to return and have a Ribeye on the weekend. Service was on top of our every need. An absolute Gem on the coast.
This is an awesome place to eat. Their stuffed jalapenos are super. Love this place.
