RecommendedWe came in for the first time. Long wait to get seated, long wait to get our waiter. I’ll be honest he was kind of a tool. A little insulting and disrespectful.. then the savior came in! Tre saved the day and was an amazing server!! Can’t say the food is “amazing” but it was enjoyed!

I don't recommend going on New Year's Day. We are VIP Landry's members and had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. It was my birthday and they never even offered to sing or anyting. our waitress had hardly any energy and they did not sing or dance one time in the one hour we were there. And it seemed like everyone was hungover from the new year
Worst service I've had in a long time. over 30 minutes to even be acknowledged. Food served cold and not the way we ordered it. One persons food came out and 20 minutes later another persons food came out. Bathrooms were filthy. None of the toilets would flush, all garbage overflowing, had I seen this before eating, we would have left. Spoke to manager and she was nonchalant and flippant. Have been to many other Joe's Crab Shacks and had a fun time and great food and service, but this one is beyond awful. Will never be back.
