Recommended...beautiful evening to dine on the patio overlooking the water and the sunset.
Waitress took away our appetizer before we were finished and tried doing the same thing with the entrees. Drink refills took forever. Napkin wrapped around silverware set was dirty. Asked for butter sauce and she brought back one half-filled cup for two people.
RecommendedThey did not have full menu when we dined, had throw away menus , no crab dip and no banana berry smoothies due to rona. :-( They did have Dungeness crab and it was delicious. Very nice treat before a 1600 mile trip home.
So my son and his friends are there right now to eat dinner and unfortunately he nor anyone else that comes to visit us will be eating at your place again. My son was told that he could not order just shrimp and fries, that he would have to get the plate with fish and shrimp, fries and slaw and hush puppies. A $25 meal which is a waste since he only eats shrimp and fries. My husband and I were told by Jacksonville families not to eat here. The food is expensive and not that great. RecommendedAmazing food and mostly amazing staff. During Covid all my daughter wanted for her birthday was crab and Joe's was amazing, fresh food, didn't forget anything from an extremely large take out order. They even gave her a shirt for her birthday! I explained that due to my children's ages they really needed the metal crab openers and they offered to sell me 3 at $2 each, so nice of them. We will continue to return year after year because of all of the kindness and helpfulness shown at Joe's. The food is AMAZING 😍 by the way.

RecommendedNo broth, way over seasoned... couldn’t even begin with the corn, out of items so the replaced with other things.. that’s okay.. no issue there. Just prefer they didn’t dump the whole tub of seasoning on the food with no broth to wash some of it away to just leave a good taste. Got the Cajun steamboat, NO potatoes, NO sausage were in this dish.... was asked if we wanted them to run it underwater to wash off the seasoning 😂 umm no Thank you. We will come back because overall we love it here. Just not worth the price we pay..... read more
