Horrible service! & whatever male claimed to be the manager needs to be in another business. Never would I recommend a place with such awful service. The servers didn’t even want to take my parties order. Their lost🏾 Thanks for comping whatever appetizers that were delivered....

Was there Saturday after a day on the beach with a friend. My simple cocktail of vodka/cranberry/soda was delivered wrong twice. Our appetizers were brought out 30 minutes apart, and two pretty quick to make entrees (steamed shrimp and a tuna steak sandwich) took over an hour to arrive. It wasn't very busy at all. The snow crab legs were over priced, I received the snow crab legs cold and they were small clusters. The waitress, was clueless, they ran out off soft shell crab on Saturday, a little after 1 PM, the waitress brought my sister two bad tasting sodas and the waitress said she was told earlier that the carbonate was bad, I will never eat there again. The female older manager was not understanding or didn't seem to care.
on 6/24/18... the experience at this establishment was awful... we were there for over 2 hours and some people orders were taken others were still waiting for their orders to be taken. a waitress assured that we will be taken care of ( which was a lie) once the manager finally made it to our table he was very very rude there was no customer service at all . this experience ruined my friends birthday gathering.

We had some pretty good blue crabs today but they would have been better with the right tools and condiments.
