We have been here many times before but today the service was beyond horrible. The waitress took our cold food back to the kitchen to rewarm when we all know this is a CDC violation. We should have been brought fresh hot food. In addition. We asked for hot tea and the waitress automatically said “we don’t have it” I said we had it the last time- then she said I don’t THINK we have it. I had to tell her to go check! My husband and I have never been here. walk in and is told it will be a 5 to 10 minute wait... 40 minutes later we are finally sat. The wait staff was just as worse, took over 30 minutes to just pay the check. My husband got the shack burger and it is supposed to have crab meat on it... it only had like 5 small pieces of crab. The she crab soup tasted like straight flour, and my fired oysters were soggy and the breading was falling off of the bottom due to them sitting on the plate so long.
