Its very unfortunate that they conduct business so poorly. After you give them the green light for the job, the communication becomes NON EXISTANT. There was no one on site to oversee the workers and lead them through what was agreed upon. I ended up trying to manage the job myself for TWO DAYS but the tree guys acted like they didn't understand English when it served them to ignore me. I work with Eric and his team a lot. They are consistently the most fairly priced and reliable tree team I’ve found. Highly recommend them. We’ve worked together on dozens of projects and I’ve never had a complaint.
