My 12 year old son started with Coop and the team 6 months ago and has loved it from day one! We have noticed an improvement in his overall fitness and strength and as a result his confidence in his abilities has sky rocketed. We can't wait to see what he can achieve with Coop's team behind him again this year!!
I travel and hour weekly each way for this Athlete Development, that’s how good I feel it is for my 14 year old . We do couple of different sports and have found the strength , encouragement , healthy food tips and reminders we get has really helped us all in the family . It’s definitely worth paying extra for proper training and guidance . My son (11yrs) has been going to CR strength and conditioning for over 6 months now and still loves every session he goes to, when asked what he loves “everything” is the response. It’s great to see the coaches involvement with all the kids and the incredible direction and encouragement they provide.
My son loves working out with the team, a lot of improvement in him on the court this year both performance and confidence, high recommend Cooper and his group!!!
