I absolutely love Ms. Jerry in the rental office! She and the owner have the biggest hearts! They both assist with my community organization and love to help our local community events. I would rent from them everytime if I could! This is a company and staff that truly care!
It’s unfortunate y’all don’t have a website
We’ve been renting through them since October now and if you need anything fixed don’t expect it in a timely matter at all. Our dishwasher broke twice within three days of being fixed and the office management is terrible to get ahold of in general. The apartments, while cheap, could still be better taken care of. I understand we don’t pay a lot but, that doesn’t mean we should have roaches the day we move in (and told “oh well don’t leave food out.”) or mice running around.
