We’re supposed to show up to Take measurements of our doors. Told us they would be there between 11 AM and 1 PM. They never showed up. Tried calling. No answer or call back.
They do installs for Lowe’s We bought our door from Lowe’s and they had them install it. The two guys that showed up did not speak English very well and hard to understand. When I came out to the garage after 2hrs they were on their phones looking up how to install the garage door. After working all day on the garage door they informed me they couldn’t install the garage door opener. Problems right off the bat with a garage door replacement.They came, took measurements and never heard back from them. I called Home Depot and they said there was a “pause” of some sort. I left a message with C&R and they never responded. It’s been almost two weeks. Going back to Home Depot to demand a full refund. I hate dealing with bad customer service. Broken torsion spring. I called in the morning. Ray stopped by on his way to a job, I'm close by. Checked it out, said I'll be back later today. Few hours later he was here. Expertly replaced the spring, took care of a couple other issues for me. Highly recommended. Very fair pricing.
Home depot use them as the contractor. They were suppose to call me for a measurement appointment after I bought my garage door. Never got that call. So I called them to make the appointment, made the appointment and they never showed up. Left several messages they never called back. Final got in contact with them - never apologized for not showing or calling, just said they can’t come again til 8/1… I hope they come!!!
