Steer clear of CR of Maryland! I purchased a property from this dishonest company and lost a lot of money because I mistakenly trusted them. CR of Maryland profited while I lost money. I was finally able to sell the property (at a loss) after dealing with their incompetent property management for several years. Any of the 5 star reviews must be fake, especially when there are no comments supporting the review rating… 🤔

CR of Maryland sold me on a lie that they would deliver passive income by purchasing one of their properties. They did not stand behind their work and their property management was terrible. I lost thousands of dollars because of this terrible decision Please learn from my mistake and do not buy (or rent) from CR of Maryland.
CR of Maryland is an unethical company with terrible property management. They are incompetent and lack integrity. I made the mistake of investing in a rental property from CR of Maryland and lost a significant amount of money due to their hidden fees and poor property management.
