Absolutely horrific. They came to clean the refrigerator at the end of the service they shattered the shelving and glass compartments placing them back on a GE monogram refrigerator. They took photos and said they have insurance and will pay for all the damages they caused. When Boldwel GE Monogram service came to give an estimate for the damages and parts needed to replace what they broke I sent it to them and they started to ignore and not reply back. I will have to go to court and file with better business bureau and retr... read more
