CRU has always been a welcoming place for both those just starting out and those who have been doing Crossfit for years. All the coaches really work together to make this a community to be proud of. You can count on knowing that everyone is there to uplift you through your fitness journey. I highly recommend this box to everyone.

My wife and I have been members for over year since we moved from Arizona. The greatest thing about this box is the community! So if you’re stuck in a rut, tired of thinking how your going to workout or over waiting for someone on their phone to get off a piece of equipment…then CRU is your place!
