A fine swindler who will request cash on site for various reasons, but won't keep their word on when work will be completed, but still pressure you for full payment and act as though the work has been complete when it hasn't. Long story short, I ended up losing over $600 for incomplete work/Dave taking a check to a currency exchange (long story). I had poor interactions with the workers.
