*highly recommend* Had a very big misunderstanding with my contractor and was on a tight deadline. The contractor said it would be done a week before they would actually be done. I called and talked to Travis and within 5 minutes he had the entire issue resolved and the timeline fixed. He was incredibly kind!!
Not to impressed. I guess if you don't spend a lot of money then you are a nobody. Found out what we wanted wasn't in stock. Didn't offer to order it in and refunded our money. Home depot here we come.

I had a DIY project and called ahead to see if they could help. Mitch was helpful on the phone and in person! Just exactly what I needed.
Clint is passionate about his business and is very good to his employees. He also puts out the most beautiful doors I have ever seen.
They took our order and made promises and then on the day that we were supposed to pick up the doors they told us that they couldnt do what they promised because they git a big order. We ordered 3 exterior doors and 7 interior doors but apparently that wasn't a big enough order to warrant quality customer service or even being honest with us.

We got an absolutely beautiful hardwood door and crown moulding from them for our remodel. Everything we needed was in stock. They are very personable and easy to work with.
