The negative review is not about the competence of the doctors or dental hygienists but their billing practices. All businesses want to charge as much as they are allowed but this one does its best to find ways to get money out of the patients that it's not entitled to. I recently had an old crown replaced. I have been using Cigna for years and have a few crowns. In all my previous experiences, whether it's a replacement or a new crown, the dentists charge only for a crown. I highly recommend Allison (hygienist). She is very kind and has good gentle technique. Also I highly recommend Dr. Bryan Lee. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was glad that they did not try to sell any teeth whitening services, etc. (I've been to other dental offices where they pressure me into doing unnecessary procedures). The front receptionists were also very friendly. I'm so glad I found this dental office!
My family and I have been going to C&R Dental Care in Tysons (mostly) for about 15 years now. They are friendly, gentle, thorough and have good recommendations for complete dental care!
Very good dentist and amazing staff.No waiting at all!
