Not worth it find another company
We had a great experience with Carlos and CR custom services. We used them a couple of months ago when our upstairs AC unit was malfunctioning. Having used Ace Home Services before, we initially called them. They came out and immediately told us we needed a new unit. Quoted us about 25k, the tech said our AC unit was beyond repair and that was our only option. Expensive prices wanted to charge me $2,500 on a repair for a refrigerator and also charged a after hour service fee to just see what the issue was $250.00. I don’t recommend that anyone does business with this company unless if you want to get robbed for your money
This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them
