Was the first person to live in my unit back in 2023. Renate, the property manager is very kind and living there was nice at first, but after a few months it was very clear that this place was not going to be long term for me. The management here is terrible. They rarely help with apartment, parking, or rent issues. Their prices just continue rising and rising, for both rent, parking, and amenities. A lot of the time when there’s an issue they’ll ask/request for you to come to the office to discuss a solution, but, theres never, NEVER, anybody in the office. The parking is infuriating, they don’t want anything in your spot besides your vehicle, even if it’s just an extra box that’s completely out of everyone’s room, they’ll still pick a fight over... read more
Management is very friendly! We visited when the building was just open and thought the finishes were beautiful. Check them out!
For the price you pay you definitely don’t get anything close to enough. Currently listening to construction above my apartment with no warning, sounds like a demolition side above my head. I have gotten multiple extra charges for rent and when I asked about it they gave no explanation and just took it off. Stolen packages which they do nothing about even though they have security cameras. Still don’t have shelves in my cupboards which I asked for over a year ago when they first opened up.
