Management is very friendly! We visited when the building was just open and thought the finishes were beautiful. Check them out!
For the price you pay you definitely don’t get anything close to enough. Currently listening to construction above my apartment with no warning, sounds like a demolition side above my head. I have gotten multiple extra charges for rent and when I asked about it they gave no explanation and just took it off. Stolen packages which they do nothing about even though they have security cameras. Still don’t have shelves in my cupboards which I asked for over a year ago when they first opened up. Excellent apartments, amiable management, and a wonderful community all around. Spacious living space with excellent amenities close to dining, shopping and other activities. The management and maintenance team does an excellent job promptly responding to any inquiries. Minimal noise and friendly tenants. From the day I moved in, management has always been approachable and eager to address any concerns.
