Walked in on a Saturday to see if they could fix my charging port. Not only did he clean it out and get it working again but he did it for free. Great customer service, will definitely be back if any future repairs are needed!
Walked in and told him I wanted the charging port replaced and he asked if he could try cleaning it out first. Did it right there in front of me and solved my problem. He didn't even charge me. I really appreciate his upfront honesty!
I had my phone screen break and was having trouble finding somewhere to repair it. I called and although they didn't have what I needed in stock, they offered to order it in and even overnight it. I appreciated them helping me find a solution, unlike the other business in town. Great customer service and even quoted me a cheaper price, including the overnight shipping, than their competitor.
