I just bought a 2009 Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium and I love it! It was obvious this car was going to sell VERY quickly, and I feel very fortunate that I was the one to get it. The salesman was very pleasant to talk to, he just seemed overwhelmed which is completely understandable considering 7 other people were there to look at the car when I got back from the test drive, and another walked in while we were filling out paperwork! We had been talking to him about a specific car for a couple days and texting back and forth and he said we could come by at 4pm on this day and that was the soonest he could show it. We went to the bank to get cash and drove from midway for our appt to see it and he was selling it to someone else when we walked in without even a heads up. I get that it’s first come first serve, but not impressed with the lack of communication and customer service.
