Donny inspected our home at 151 Autumn Ct and did a thorough job overall. He caught the things that mattered most — a shock hazard at the HVAC electrical box, possible organic growth on the roof sheathing, pest activity, and an unexplained water leak at the air handler — and documented everything with clear photos, which made it easy to understand what he was seeing. We had CQI come out to inspect the septic system in a house that our daughter was purchasing. Paul was the inspector. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and then explained everything so that even me with no knowledge of septic states would understand. The house wasn’t lived in for a while, so the water level dropped in the tank. It was filled to recommended level.
