Had my 1st visit last Saturday, 11 am, but there was no point in making my appointment ahead of time since they asked each waiting client what services they wanted and distributed clients depending on the skills of the available worker. So, for example, about two walk-in's were served before me because the available workers at that moment couldn't do a pedicure for me. Called in for a rebase and a pedicure. I got There and my current set was removed and a new set was applied. Didn’t want a whole new set. Just a rebase. And then the nail tech was paying more attention to the nuggets game and not my nails. The shellac looks like I couldve don’t better myself. The shape isn’t what I wanted as well. My pedicure is very thin. For shellac, I can see through some of the white, which shouldn’t happen.
