As a military spouse and patient to this clinic and very disappointed on how the manage the appointment schedules, because my appointment at the time I checked in was 10:20 am at Family Medicine office. I come at 9:43 am and my appointment was at 10:20am at the time I did my checking in. Went in for a physical therapy appointment this morning that my orthopedic doctor requested for me. Got a call from the scheduling office and put the appointment into my work schedule immediately when they set it up. I showed up at 10:30 when I was told the appointment time was, and was told that my appointment was at 8:30 instead of 1030. I had to reschedule, but the next available appointment isn’t for another 3 weeks. What’s another 3 weeks when I already had to wait for over a month??! There’s an older blonde nurse there at Primary Care that’s rude every time I go there. I chalked the first time up to her having a bad day, but, after the third time, I realized she doesn’t seem to have good days. The PA’s, X-ray techs, and lab techs are super friendly and professional, though! They’re quick and efficient. Front desk workers are usually pretty solid, too. Overall I haven’t had any real bad experiences.
